Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (That is the Day of Truth, so whoever wills may take to his Lord a return)

Allah the Exalted said:
That is the Day of Truth
[Al-Naba: 39] Meaning: The Day about which We informed you is the Day of Truth, and truth is the opposite of falsehood,Meaning: the firm reality in which truth is established and justice is established,
(88) The Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children (89) But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart."
[Al-Shu'ara: 88-89] May Allah help me and you on that Day.
so he who wills may take to his Lord a [way of] return.
[An-Naba 78:39]
Meaning: Whoever wills may perform a deed by which he returns to Allah and turns back to Him, and that is the righteous deed that conforms to the pleasure of Allah the Exalted.

And his statement:
so he who wills may take to his Lord a [way of] return.
[An-Naba 78:39]
Another verse qualified it, which is the saying of Allah the Exalted:
(28) For whoever wills among you to take a right course. (29) And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds.
[Al-Takwir: 28-29] Meaning: We have the choice in what we pursue; no one compels us to anything. However, our choice, will, and desire are subject to Allah,
And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds.
[Al-Takwir: 29] , and Allah the Exalted explained this in His Book so that a person does not rely on himself and his own will, but rather knows that it is linked to the will of Allah, so that he turns to Allah in seeking guidance for what He loves and is pleased with,And the person does not say: I am free, I want what I wish, and I act as I wish,We say: The matter is so, but you are bound by the will of Allah (Mighty and Majestic).
