Ruling on combining the Friday prayer and the 'Asr prayer in the rain

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on the prayer of one who combined the Dhuhr and 'Asr prayers on Friday in the rain?
You have just judged yourself,She says: combining Dhuhr and 'Asr. Is the Friday prayer called Dhuhr? No.
The matter is finished. It is not reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he combined anything except between Dhuhr and 'Asr, because they are two similar daytime prayers, so they were combined. As for the Friday prayer, it is never combined with anything after it or before it. Fajr is not combined with Friday, and 'Asr is not combined with Friday.

The questioner: And what is the ruling on his prayer?Answer: I see that it is obligatory for him to repeat it;Due to the statement of the Messenger (may the prayer and peace of Allah be upon him): (Whoever does an action that is not in accordance with our command, it is rejected) and the original rule is that prayer is performed in its time. It is not reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he brought forward 'Asr for combining except with Dhuhr. So the Friday prayer remains independent. For this reason, there are many differences between Friday and Dhuhr, numbering more than twenty. But unfortunately, people have started doing whatever they want. Even in combining now, they combine for the slightest reason,If light drops came from the sky, they said: combining, even though there is no hardship.

As for the amount of rain for which combining is permitted, the scholars said: it is that which wets the clothes and is accompanied by hardship,Two conditions are necessary: wetting the clothes means that the clothes become damp. A few light drops do not make the clothes damp. Also, there must be hardship if it is winter. But in the days of summer, if the rain wets the clothes, do you find hardship or relief? You find relief; it cools you and refreshes you. It is not permissible for us to transgress the limits of Allah. Any person who combines without an excuse commits a major sin. And the prayer is not valid if the combining is a bringing forward; the second prayer is not valid because it was prayed before its time.
