Standing in night prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Does standing in night prayer end with the end of Ramadan?
No, for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to stand in prayer all the nights of the year,But as Allah said about him:
Indeed, your Lord knows, [O Muhammad], that you stand [in prayer] almost two thirds of the night or half of it or a third of it, and [so do] a group of those with youإِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ تَقُومُ أَدْنَى مِنْ ثُلُثَيِ اللَّيْلِ وَنِصْفَهُ وَثُلُثَهُ وَطَائِفَةٌ مِنَ الَّذِينَ مَعَكَ
[Al-Muzzammil: 20] , and the best standing in prayer is the standing of Dawud; he would sleep half the night, stand for a third of it, and sleep for a sixth of it. This is not only the best according to the Shari'ah, but it is also the most comfortable for a person naturally, because when a person sleeps half the night, he gets a lot of sleep, then he stands for a third of the night to perform tahajjud for Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and then he sleeps for a sixth of the night to rest before he begins his daily activities,For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (The best standing in prayer is the standing of Dawud: he would sleep half the night, stand for a third of it, and sleep for a sixth of it) .

It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: (Indeed, Allah descends every night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains,So he says: Who is calling upon Me that I may respond to him? Who is asking Me that I may give him? Who is seeking My forgiveness that I may forgive him?) So when the time of the Divine Descent coincides with a person performing tahajjud for Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and drawing near to Him, (and the closest a servant is to his Lord is when he is in prostration) , much good is attained for the person in this.
