One who forgets the first tashahhud, stands up, does not complete standing, then remembers and sits down

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
One who forgets the first tashahhud, stands up, does not complete standing, then remembers and sits down
If a man leaves off the first tashahhud and raises himself, but he turns back before completing the standing, is the prostration for forgetfulness prescribed for him or not?
If he forgets the first tashahhud and stands up, but does not complete the standing, then it is obligatory for him to return if he remembers; because he did not reach the pillar that follows it. But is the prostration for forgetfulness obligatory for him or not? Some of the scholars said: The prostration for forgetfulness is not obligatory for him; because he did not reach the pillar that follows it. And there is a hadith that came regarding this, and in it is some weakness,And some of them said: One looks: if he is closer to the standing, then the prostration for forgetfulness is obligatory for him. And if he is closer to the sitting, then the prostration for forgetfulness is not obligatory for him. If he prostrates, we do not deny it to him. And if he does not prostrate, we do not order him to do so.
