The ruling on one who forgets the tashahhud and returns before fully standing up

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I was leading the prayer, and when I sat for the first tashahhud, I stood up for the third rak'ah without sitting for the first tashahhud. However, the ma'mumin reminded me by saying "Subhan Allah" before I had fully straightened up. I returned and sat for the tashahhud. Do I have to perform sujud al-sahw for this?

Answer:
Yes, if a person stands up for the third rak'ah and is reminded before he has fully straightened up, he should return, and he must perform sujud al-sahw. As for the hadith:
he should sit down and there is no forgetfulness (prostration) upon himفليجلس، ولا سهو عليه
Bulugh al-Maram 2:238
it is weak and cannot be relied upon. However, if he stands up and assumes the posture of standing, he has done what invalidates his deliberate prayer, so he must perform sujud al-sahw. When he finishes his prayer and only the taslim remains, he prostrates two times before saying the taslim.
