Ruling on a menstruating woman remaining in the mosque

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: We came from Kuwait, and Shaykh Salim al-Tawil and Shaykh Hamid al-Othman send you their greetings, informing you that they love you for the sake of Allah. And Shaykh Salim asks, saying: Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to sit in the mosque to attend lessons?
I return the greetings to you and to them, and convey my greetings to them, if Allah wills, when I return.
It is not permissible for a menstruating woman to sit in the mosque, neither to deliver lessons nor to listen to lessons; because a menstruating woman is not allowed to remain in the mosque. Yes, she is allowed to pass through the mosques if she is safe from contaminating the mosque. If she fears that blood may fall and contaminate the mosque, then it is not permissible for her to pass through.
