The wisdom behind not wearing sewn garments in Hajj and 'Umrah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the wisdom behind not wearing garments other than sewn ones in Hajj and 'Umrah?

What is the meaning of: Wearing garments other than sewn ones in Hajj and 'Umrah? Sewn garments are the shirt, the trousers, the cloak, the turban, and the leather socks. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited wearing these things in order to complete the humility of the person toward his Lord, Mighty and Majestic, both outwardly and inwardly. Because remaining in a cloak and a wrap is humility; you will find the wealthiest person, who is able to wear the most luxurious clothing, wearing nothing but what the poorest person wears, for the perfection of humility.
Also, it is to display the unity among Muslims, that they are one community, even in their clothing. For this reason, they circumambulate one building, they stand in one place, they spend the night in one place, and they stone the pillars in one place.

The third benefit: That the person remembers that when he leaves this world, he will not leave except in something like this. He will not leave in the most luxurious clothing; he will be wrapped in a shroud.
We ask Allah the Exalted to guide us and you to what pleases Him, and to make our deeds and your deeds in obedience to Him and in avoiding His sins. And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
