[The Meaning of the Saying of Allah the Exalted: (He who had knowledge of the Book said)

Allah the Exalted said:
Said one who had knowledge from the Scriptureقَالَ الَّذِي عِنْدَهُ عِلْمٌ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ
[Surat al-Naml: 40] Who is this one who had knowledge of the Book? And some people say: Is it Sulayman himself? Is this correct?
A powerful one from among the jinn saidقَالَ عِفْرِيتٌ مِنَ الْجِنِّ
[Surat al-Naml: 39] Who is this ifrit? An ifrit from the jinn, this one had knowledge of the Book,Some of the exegetes said: He was a righteous man, so he called upon Allah by His Greatest Name, and the angels carried Him and brought Him. As for the claim that it was Sulayman, that is a great error.Because this one who had knowledge of the Book said:
I will bring it to you before your glance returns to you.أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْتَدَّ إِلَيْكَ طَرْفُكَ
[Surat al-Naml: 40] How would Sulayman address himself? But in this verse is evidence that the power of the angels is greater than the power of the jinn,So the jinni said: (I will bring it to you before you rise from your place) and he had a specific time at which he would rise,As for this one, he said: (I will bring it to you before your glance returns to you) so when he saw it immediately.
Glory be to Allah! A sign among the signs of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), so he was a human man who called upon Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and the angels carried Him swiftly and brought Him.
