What is the meaning of His saying, Mighty and Majestic: "And he who had knowledge of the Book said"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you: Allah the Exalted said:
Said one who had knowledge from the Scripture
[An-Naml 27:40]
Who is this one who has knowledge of the Book? Some people say that it is Sulayman himself, so is this correct?

The Shaykh :
A powerful one from among the jinn said
[An-Naml 27:39]
Who is this jinni ifrit? An ifrit from the jinn, this one has knowledge of the Book. Some of the exegetes said that this man is a righteous man, so he supplicated to Allah by His Greatest Name, and the angels carried Him and brought Him. As for the claim that it is Sulayman, it is a great error, because this one who has knowledge of the Book said:
I will bring it to you
[An-Naml 27:39]
How can Sulayman address himself? It is not correct
I will bring it to you before your glance returns to you.
[An-Naml 27:40]
.
But in this verse is evidence that the power of the angels is greater than the power of the jinn, for the jinni said:
I will bring it to you before you rise from your place
[An-Naml 27:39]
and he had a specific time at which he would stand up, whereas this one said:
I will bring it to you before your glance returns to you
[An-Naml 27:40]
So when he saw it immediately, Glory be to Allah! A sign from the signs of Allah, Mighty and Majestic. Yes.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : He supplicated to Allah, Mighty and Majestic; he is a human man who supplicated to Allah, Mighty and Majestic, and the angels carried him quickly and brought him.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : This is a second question, and we do not have time for it.
