Said one who had knowledge from the Scripture, "I will bring it to you before your glance returns to you."

قَالَ الَّذِي عِنْدَهُ عِلْمٌ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْتَدَّ إِلَيْكَ طَرْفُكَ

[Surat al-Naml: 40].
In this is evidence that the soldiers of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He), who are the angels, are stronger than the jinn, because that one said:

before you rise from your place

قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقُومَ مِنْ مَقَامِكَ

[Surat al-Naml: 39], and this one said:

before your glance returns to you

قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْتَدَّ إِلَيْكَ طَرْفُكَ
