Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (So on that Day, no human or jinn will be questioned about their sin)]
He (Mighty and Majestic) says: [Surat al-Rahman: 39] Meaning: a question of inquiry; because everything is known, whereas a question of humiliation and rebuke is asked,As Allah the Mighty and Majestic said: [Surat al-Qasas: 65-66] And Allah the Mighty and Majestic said: [Surat al-Muddaththir: 39-43] And Allah the Mighty and Majestic said to the people of the Fire while they are being cast into it: [Surat Ghafir: 50] And there are many similar verses.
So, humans and jinn will not be questioned about their sins in a question of inquiry or seeking guidance: Did you do it or not? But it is a question of humiliation and rebuke, and there is a difference between this and that.
So the verses do not contradict each other,Do not say: How can it say: no one will be questioned about their sin,And in another verse: while they are questioned? She says: This reconciliation is not a question of seeking guidance or inquiry; because everything is known and written, but it is a question of rebuke.
[Surat al-Rahman: 40] .
He (Mighty and Majestic) says:
Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn.
(65) And [mention] the Day He will call them and say, "What did you answer the messengers?" (66) But the information will be unapparent to them that Day, so they will not [be able to] ask one another.
(39) Except the companions of the right, (40) [Who will be] in gardens, questioning each other (41) About the criminals, (42) [And asking them], "What put you into Saqar?" (43) They will say, "We were not of those who prayed,
Did there not come to you your messengers with clear proofs?" They will say, "Yes."
