The Criterion for Praying in Transparent Clothing

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Is it permissible to pray in transparent clothing, what is the criterion for this, and does a person have to repeat his prayer if he prayed in such clothing?
If there is something underneath transparent clothing that covers the 'awrah (part of the body that must be covered), there is nothing wrong with it. For example, a man wearing trousers from the knee to the navel, with a light shirt over the trousers, is fine. And the criterion in this is: The condition is that the color of the skin is not visible through it.For example, you say: If the skin is red, that is what does not cover it. If a person prays in a garment without trousers, in the state I described, his prayer is invalid.Because he disobeyed Allah in His saying:
O children of Adam, take your adornment at every masjidيَا بَنِي آدَمَ خُذُوا زِينَتَكُمْ عِنْدَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ
[al-A'raf: 31] And Allah the Exalted said:
O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private partsيَا بَنِي آدَمَ قَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ لِبَاساً يُوَارِي سَوْآتِكُمْ
[al-A'raf: 26] It must be covered.
