As for the date: It has not been established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was born on the twelfth day; rather, some of the most rigorous scholars of astronomy have affirmed that his birth was on the ninth day of this month, and the ancient historical scholars differed in approximately seven or six opinions regarding the determination of the day of his birth.
