Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (And in their wealth is a right for the questioner and the one who is deprived)
Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Dhariyat: 19] In all of their wealth, whether it is wealth subject to zakah or wealth not subject to zakah, there is a right for the questioner and the one who is deprived. If a questioner comes to them, they give to him. If they see one who is deprived—Meaning: one who is prevented from sustenance, and he is the poor person—they give to him. So their wealth has been prepared for what pleases Allah (Mighty and Majestic) regarding the questioner and the deprived, and other than that of spending, the important thing being the prescribed spending. Thus, they perform the obedience of Allah: they stand in prayer at night, seek forgiveness, and spend their wealth, but without extravagance or waste.

Allah the Exalted said:
And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.
وَفِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِAnd we will stop here; so that we may have time for the questions; and because we will begin with new verses that are not from the topic we are dealing with.
