The Ruling on Delaying the 'Asr and Fajr Prayers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Now, in most mosques, the 'Asr and Fajr prayers are being delayed. Some argue with the hadith: (Delay the Fajr prayer until the light of dawn spreads, for that is more complete for the reward) I do not know what your comment on this is?
Well, and what is the evidence for 'Asr?The questioner himself: They say regarding 'Asr: people need to sleep and they come tired from work, so we delay it so that they can catch the prayer.

The Shaykh: The legal principle indicated by the Sunnah is that it is better to perform all five prayers at their earliest times, except for 'Isha, which is better to delay if it does not cause hardship, and except for Zuhr in extreme heat.
Regarding Fajr, there is a hadith whose authenticity is subject to scrutiny in which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered its delay in the short nights of summer, and its performance at the earliest time in the long nights of winter, as is customary. And as for the hadith: (Delay the Fajr prayer until the light of dawn spreads) and similar phrases, so the meaning for them is one of two things: either the meaning is: do not hasten in it until you are certain that the light of dawn has spread,Or the meaning: or lengthen the recitation in it until the light of dawn spreads and becomes clear.
