Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (And faith has not yet entered into your hearts)

Allah the Exalted said:
for faith has not yet entered your heartsوَلَمَّا يَدْخُلِ الْأِيمَانُ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ
[Surah al-Hujurat: 14] :And the reason for this is: That faith is in the heart, and it is difficult, while Islam is outward in the limbs, and every person can perform a meticulous act with their limbs, the best of what can be.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informed about the Khawarij that they recite the Qur'an, that they pray, and that one of the Companions considers his prayer insignificant compared to their prayer, and his recitation insignificant compared to their recitation,And yet the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) says: (Indeed, they recite the Qur'an, but it does not go beyond their throats — we ask Allah for well-being — and they emerge from Islam as an arrow emerges from its quiver) .
And this indicates that Islam is within the capability of every person; every person can be a hypocrite, can pray, prostrate, recite, fast, and give charity, while his heart is empty of faith,And for this he said:
Say, "You have not [yet] believed; but say [instead], 'We have submitted,' for faith has not yet entered your heartsقُلْ لَمْ تُؤْمِنُوا وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا أَسْلَمْنَا وَلَمَّا يَدْخُلِ الْأِيمَانُ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ
[Al-Hujurat 49:14]
Here the expression is
And faith has not yet enteredوَلَمَّا يَدْخُلِ
and he did not say: "And it has not entered,"The scholars said: And when lamma comes in place of lam, that is evidence of the nearness of the occurrence of what it entered upon.

For example, if I say: So, so-and-so has not entered the city, and so-and-so is about to enter it,Meaning: That he is near it.

And likewise His saying, the Exalted:
Rather, they are in doubt about My message. Rather, they have not yet tasted My punishment.بَلْ هُمْ فِي شَكٍّ مِنْ ذِكْرِي بَلْ لَمَّا يَذُوقُوا عَذَابِ
[Surah Sad: 8] Meaning: They have not tasted it, but it is near them.

Here he said:
And faith has not yet enteredلَمَّا يَدْخُلِ
Meaning: Faith has not entered their hearts, but it is near entering.
