Ruling on a man kissing his mahrams

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! It is common in some families for a man, when he returns from a journey or on occasions and festivals, to kiss his mahrams, such as his aunts, his maternal aunts, or his sisters.
So what is your opinion of this?
A man kissing his aunts, maternal aunts, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, daughters, his sons' daughters, or his daughters' daughters; all of this is permissible and there is no harm in it, because they are mahrams. However, the scholars (may Allah have mercy on them) were strict regarding kissing on the mouth,And they said: one does not kiss on the mouth except one's wife, because this may arouse desire.
Accordingly, if the woman you wish to kiss is a mahram and is older than you, kiss her forehead or head. If she is younger than you, kiss her cheek and forehead, on the condition that you do not feel any movement. If you fear for yourself, do not kiss and do not be kissed. This is the ruling; But we first ask about kissing: Is it prescribed to kiss every person you meet? No.
It is not prescribed,What is prescribed every time you meet a person is: shaking hands is the norm, not kissing;Unless there is a reason, such as: if he has returned from a journey, or if you have not seen him for a long time, then there is no harm, otherwise shaking hands is the Sunnah.

And by the way: I would like to point out something that has happened recently, which we did not know about before: if a person meets you and does not take your hand to shake it, but instead takes hold of your head and kisses it every time, this is a mistake. We do not say: Do not kiss the head; kiss the head of one who deserves to be kissed; but do not make this the norm, always holding your hand to his head and kissing him. This is a mistake; do the Sunnah first, which is: Shake hands, and then if the man is worthy of being kissed, kiss his head. Yes.
