Reconciling the statement of Allah the Exalted: “And they hear nothing therein” with His statement: “They heard its deep sigh”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Combining His saying, the Exalted: “And they hear nothing therein” and His statement: “They heard its deep sigh”

How is it reconciled with the statement of Allah the Exalted:
For them therein is heavy sighing, and they therein will not hear.لَهُمْ فِيهَا زَفِيرٌ وَهُمْ فِيهَا لا يَسْمَعُونَ
[Surat al-Anbiya: 100] ,and His saying, the Exalted:
When they are thrown into it, they hear from it a [dreadful] inhaling while it boils up.إِذَا أُلْقُوا فِيهَا سَمِعُوا لَهَا شَهِيقاً وَهِيَ تَفُورُ
[Surat al-Mulk: 7] ?The Shaykh: What is the difficulty? The questioner: How do we reconcile the two verses? The Shaykh: They do not hear the speech of people from outside it, but they hear its deep sigh—may Allah protect us from it.
