The ruling on one who sees a dream that distresses him

His Eminence the Shaykh: A person whose father has passed away sees him in his dreams, and on some nights he appears to him angry with him. What is your opinion on this?
He should not pay attention to it.And we will give you a benefit in which you will find relief: Every distressing dream is from Shaytan, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said. Any dream you see that is distressing is from Shaytan. So what is the way to get rid of it? The way, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded, is to say: (I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of Shaytan and from the evil of what I saw), and to spit to your left. If you wake up in your bed, turn over to the other side. If it returns to you and distresses you, get up, perform wudu, and pray. Do not tell anyone, because if you tell someone and they interpret it according to the dream, it will come to pass. A dream is on the wing of a bird; if it is interpreted, it comes to pass. Many people ask about dreams they see in their sleep that distress them, but we guide them to what the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) guided them to.And that is to say: (I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of Shaytan and from the evil of what I saw) , and do not tell anyone. Let him ignore it. This is Shaytan appearing in the form of his father, as if he is angry with him, to distress him and disturb his peace. The way to do that is to say: I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of Shaytan and from the evil of what I saw. Do not tell anyone, and distract yourself from it.
