Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (The Day when Allah will resurrect them all)

Allah the Exalted said:
On the Day when Allah will resurrect themيَوْمَ يَبْعَثُهُمُ اللَّهُ
[Al-Mujadilah: 6] (The Day) is connected to what came before,Meaning: for them is this humiliating punishment when Allah the Mighty and Majestic resurrects them; Allah resurrects them all, leaving not a single soul behind; all of creation will be resurrected,He will inform them, meaning: He will inform them of what they did, and this informing is so that they may know that they are the ones who wronged themselves,Allah, Mighty and Majestic, said:
(13) And [for] every person We have imposed his fate upon his neck, and We will produce for him on the Day of Resurrection a record which he will encounter spread open. (14) [It will be said], "Read your record. Sufficient is yourself against you this Day as accountant."
[Al-Isra: 13-14] My brothers! The one who gives you the ledger from among the merchants and says: Look at your account, has he been fair to you or has he wronged you? He has been fair to you,The person says: take the ledger; you are now the appraiser or the one recorded against in your presence; look at the ledger; this is the height of fairness,For this reason, some of the Salaf said: He has been fair to you who made you the accountant for yourself.
So when he reads his book, he finds that it leaves out no small thing or large thing except that it has recorded it,I believe in this truth and know that it will be for you:
And [for] every person We have imposed his fate upon his neck
[Al-Isra 17:13]
Every person, believer or disbeliever
and We will produce for him on the Day of Resurrection a record which he will encounter spread open. (14) [It will be said], "Read your record. Sufficient is yourself against you this Day as accountant."
[Al-Isra: 13-14] .
