The ruling on leaving off the sending of blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Is leaving off the sending of blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) from harming Allah and His Messenger?
And can anyone leave off the sending of blessings upon the Prophet? Will he not pray? The questioner: That is, leaving it off outside of the prayer.

The Shaykh: That is not obligatory; the sending of blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) outside of the prayer is not obligatory.Even in the prayer, there is scholarly disagreement: Some say it is a pillar, some say it is obligatory, and some say it is a recommended practice, but I do not think anyone who loves Allah and His Messenger would leave off the sending of blessings upon the Prophet, ever.

Therefore: Leaving off the sending of blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) outside of the prayer is not a harm to Allah and His Messenger.
