The questioner : He says: Your Eminence, in the women's prayer area, certain things occur. Among them: some women may bring their children with them. Out of great fear for them, they may follow them with their gaze, and this may lead to excessive turning of the head. She may leave the prayer while in the second rak'ah—for example—and go to bring the child. What is your opinion, Your Eminence, in such a case?

The Shaykh : ... If the children are disturbing the worshippers by running, hitting, screaming, and making noise, then the one who brings them is more likely to be sinful, because he has disturbed the worshippers and bothered them. It is better for the woman to stay with her children in her home than to come to the mosque with this disturbance. However, if it is the boy's habit to be quiet and well-mannered, there is nothing wrong with bringing him, and there is no blame on her. If he does something unexpected, it is his guardian who is responsible for him, to silence him and calm him down. Yes. The five [prayers] have ended. Yes. How? What?

The questioner : He says: Add to it, may Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : Yes.
