I broke my fast in Ramadan intentionally for three days, and it may be more, then I repented to Allah, and praise be to Allah, so what is obligatory upon me?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says: I broke my fast in Ramadan intentionally for three days, and it may be more, then I repented to Allah, and praise be to Allah. So what is obligatory upon me?

The Shaykh : It is obligatory for you to make up these days that you broke your fast for, if you broke them during the daytime. But if you left them off from the start and did not begin fasting, they will not be accepted from you even if you make them up. However, you must repent to Allah and increase in righteous deeds.

The questioner : The honorable Shaykh says: I am a young man who has borrowed thirty thousand riyals from the Marriage Savings Fund and twenty thousand riyals from the Loan Bank. I am living in a rented house, and my monthly salary is three thousand riyals. Is it permissible for me to take zakah and pay off my debt with it? Knowing that I own land valued at one hundred and twenty thousand riyals. I am currently confused about whether I should sell the land, which I want to build a house on for myself, or pay off my debt and take from the zakah?

The Shaykh : This questioner is not required to sell.
