His Eminence the Shaykh. . . I have made a reservation and signed a contract with one of the groups for Hajj this year

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : His Eminence the Shaykh says: I have made a reservation and signed a contract with one of the groups for Hajj this year. After we agreed that the stay would be inside Mina, they informed us that there is a possibility that the stay might be outside Mina, perhaps in Muzdalifah or al-Aziziyah or somewhere similar. Is there any harm in traveling with this group, or is it obligatory for me to cancel the contract and travel with another group that does not have this issue? I ask for your guidance.

The Shaykh : If you can obtain a group that has reserved a place in Mina, then do not be with these people. However, if people are all in the same situation, where no one knows for sure, and one might get a place or might not, then as long as you have approved this group and approved the companions in it, be with them. Yes.
