A person died while in the state of ihram, and it was not known about him until later; should he be shrouded or not?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says: A person died while in the state of ihram, and it was not known about him until later; should he be shrouded or not?

The Shaykh : Yes, he is shrouded. If his ihram garments are still intact, he is shrouded in his ihram garments. If they are damaged, he is shrouded in any other clothing, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Shroud him in his two garments كفنوه في ثوبيه
. He said this regarding the person in ihram who died at 'Arafah, and whose she-camel stumbled and fell. This indicates that the best course for one who dies in the state of ihram is that no new shroud be brought for him. Rather, he is shrouded in his izar and rida. Yes.
