A relative of mine married his sister to a mute man, while she is free from muteness and her family is as well, and this husband prays and we do not suspect him of anything in his religion

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says: Honorable Shaykh, a relative of mine married his sister to a mute man, while she is free from muteness and her family is as well. And this husband prays and we do not suspect him of anything in his religion. But I became angry about it. And I said: This is not a match of equal status, and the family is free from that. So Satan comes to me and says: You are right, and it increases my anger. Does this affect my religion? Knowing that the wife is now pregnant. But I, every day my anger increases, and perhaps I have cursed and reviled because of this marriage. I ask the honorable Shaykh to guide me and remove the burning and anger in my heart?

The Shaykh : Yes. I say to this brother: You must repent to Allah and seek forgiveness from Allah, Mighty and Majestic, and do not stand between the man and his wife. The man did not marry the woman except after he took her permission and she was pleased with him. And that is the favor of Allah, which He grants to whom He wills. And who made this man mute and the wife speaking? It is Allah, Mighty and Majestic. Do not take an omen as a bad sign, for perhaps the children of this woman will be among the most eloquent people and the most fluent in speech. So you must repent to Allah, Mighty and Majestic, from the cursing, anger, and blame that occurs from you regarding what has happened, and ask Allah for safety for the children of this woman. And whoever has good opinion of Allah, he is upon good. Upon good. Yes.
