Since I entered the Kingdom, I have not been able to pray the Friday prayer because I am not in control of my own will; is the burden or the sin on me or on others?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Since I entered the Kingdom, I have not been able to pray the Friday prayer because I am not in control of my own will, but rather under the will of others. My workplace is far away and has no mosques. However, those who have the will to pray do so, while I have not prayed the Friday prayer. Is the burden or the sin on me or on others? We ask your eminence to provide us with guidance.

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and I send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the Righteous, and upon his family and all his Companions.
In the Islamic Shari'ah, there is an important and beneficial principle indicated by several verses from the Book of Allah, including His saying:
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity لا يكلف الله نفساً إلا ويسعها
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
and His saying:
So fear Allah as much as you are able فاتقوا الله ما استطعتم
[At-Taghabun 64:16]
and His saying:
and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty وما جعل عليكم في الدين من حرج
[Al-Hajj 22:78]
If your location is far from the mosques and there is no mosque around you where you can perform the Friday prayer, then the Friday prayer is not obligatory upon you in this situation, because you are excused from leaving it due to the distance and hardship. And if the Friday prayer is not obligatory upon you, then there is no sin upon you, nor is there any sin upon the others, due to the saying of Allah the Exalted:
and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another ولا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى
[Al-An'am 6:164]
So thank Allah for making it easy for you, and for making this religion, by which we worship Him, easy, and be assured that there is no sin upon you in this situation.
