The manner of saying takbir, raising the hands in it, placing them, and not raising the head toward the sky.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : So you say takbir, saying: Allahu Akbar.
And with this takbir, you raise your hands to the level of your shoulders, or to the tips of your ears. The shoulder means the shoulder joint, and the tips of the ears.
Then you place your right hand over your left hand, on the forearm, as is authentic in al-Bukhari from the hadith of Sahl ibn Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:
The people were ordered to place the right hand on the left forearm in the prayer. كان الناس يؤمرون أن يضع الرجل يده اليمنى على ذراعه اليسرى في الصلاة
Sahih al-Bukhari 740
.
Then you lower your head, so do not raise it toward the sky, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
He prohibited raising the gaze toward the sky in prayer نهى عن رفع البصر إلى السماء في الصلاة
.
And he was severe in his statement regarding that, until he said:
The people who lift their eyes towards the sky in Prayer should avoid it or they would lose their eyesight. لينتهين أقوام يرفعون أبصارهم إلى السماء في الصلاة أو لا ترجع إليهم
Sahih Muslim 428
.
For this reason, some of the scholars held the view that it is forbidden for the one praying to raise his head toward the sky or his gaze toward the sky, and this is a very sound opinion, because there is no warning for anything except that it is forbidden.
Now, you lower your gaze or bow your head, but the scholars said: he does not place his chin on his chest, meaning he does not lower it too much until the chin, which is the junction of the two jaws, falls on the chest, but he lowers it with a slight distance from his chest.
