The Shaykh : The example mentioned in this hadith: when a person dies, his family and his wealth follow him. We know that the wealth referred to here was, in the past, slaves and servants, and now it is clearly relatives and children, and the like. And the wealth is the cars they ride in. This is a deviation among the deviations we would like to remind you of, because the reality is that when a sin is displayed, it spreads... but if it is concealed, it folds up and dies. Therefore, the Shari'ah encourages that if a Muslim must commit a sin, let him conceal it, because this concealment is good for himself and for others. As for himself, he continues to feel... as they say today, in his heart and his conscience. But if he is heedless and declares it, this feeling dies, and this means that not the weight of an atom of faith remains in his heart. Therefore, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He says, "Yesterday we did such and such, and we did such and such." If he had concealed his deed, perhaps Allah the Exalted and Glorious would have forgiven him. On the occasion of the wealth in this hadith, I would like to remind you that this funeral procession that has spread throughout the lands with the motorcades, you should be aware that if you are compelled to such a procession, you should know that this is contrary to the Sunnah, rather it is a religious innovation and misguidance. And this innovation has gathered many misguidances, as we mentioned to you just now. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Al-Mustadrak lil-Hakim 1:230 Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim. And this is sufficient, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. Now, your questions for about half an hour, then the prayer.
