A word by the Shaykh on the exegesis of Surat Qaf.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : I decided to begin with Surat Qaf because it is the first of the later chapters, and because people listen to it from the imams. The scholars say that the imam should recite from the long chapters of the later chapters in the Fajr prayer, from the short chapters in the Maghrib prayer, and from the medium-length chapters in the remaining three prayers. The long chapters are from Qaf to 'Am, the short chapters are from al-Duha to the end of the Qur'an, and the medium-length chapters are from 'Am to al-Duha.
