Can the presence of a beard on a woman and a man being beardless be considered a disease and treated accordingly?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Eid Abbasi : Here is a question related to... Brother Abu Ahmad says: Regarding the issue of the woman with a beard and the beardless man; can we not consider this a disease such that it is permissible to treat it through what is called hormones? Or is this considered changing the creation of Allah (Mighty and Majestic)? Is it of the category of:
Seek medical treatment; for Allah has not created a disease without creating a cure for it. تداووا ؛ فإن الله ما خلق داء إلا وخلق له دواءً
Or is it part of Allah's creation that it is not permissible to touch?

The Shaykh : The matter is clear. Who says that the beardless man... and who says that the woman whose hair grows excessively on her, potentially becoming a beard, that this is a disease? This is an expression... He is the best of what He created, and some say it is permissible, based on their return to the predominant custom of Allah's (Mighty and Majestic) creation for women. This is not a disease; we have no doubt about that. Therefore, the beardless man lives without a beard and does not complain of anything or any disease except the disease that comes from people's looks at him. And from here comes the previously mentioned hadith of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) that:
Everything that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) created is good. كلَّ شيء خلقه الله - عز وجل - فهو حسن
.
Perhaps you have seen in some of your travels, especially in Hajj or in some of the images that are common today, many Chinese people, each of whom is almost beardless. And perhaps stranger than the beardless man is finding one who has some stray hairs like this; meaning, if he grows old and reaches sixty or seventy years, you will not find in his beard except some long hairs like this. So who says that this type is a disease or that he is sick? In reality, it is nothing but a justification for departing from the texts of the Shari'ah under claims that, at the very least, did not originate from us, but came to us from those lands that do not know what is forbidden, which is clearer and more apparent than what we are in now.
Yes.
