The Shaykh : Urinary incontinence is the continuous discharge of urine without the person's will. It is one of the illnesses that may be treated, and Allah may cure the patient of it. Therefore, we advise anyone who experiences this to first consult a doctor above all else, for perhaps Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) will place a cure and mercy in that. As for his ablution, his ablution is valid even if something comes out of him during the ablution or after it, because he has no power to prevent this discharge. And Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) said:[Al-Baqarah 2:286] And He the Exalted said: [Al-Baqarah 2:286] And He the Exalted said: [At-Taghabun 64:16] But the scholars (may Allah have mercy on them) said: It is obligatory for him to perform ablution for every prayer after the time for it has entered. Once he performs ablution after the time has entered, he may pray as much as he wishes of obligatory and voluntary prayers until the time ends. In this situation, he must take precautions by placing something on his penis to reduce the spread of urine to his clothes and body. We ask Allah for safety and well-being for our brothers.
