Discussion of the depravity of the Jews and their cunning in making lawful what Allah has forbidden for them.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : … This is what happened with the Jews, but we did not take it as a lesson because we do not read the Book and the Sunnah for the sake of taking lessons and understanding, for the door of ijtihad (independent legal reasoning) has been closed. I want my words to be like the action of the Jews, referring to a hadith that is closely related to what we are currently discussing.
He (peace and blessings be upon him) said, as in the Sahih of Muslim:
Allah has cursed the Jews لعن الله اليهود

The audio was cut off.انقطع الصوت
.
So they melted them فجملوها
meaning they melted them in the fire
So they melted them, then sold them and ate their prices. And if Allah forbids the eating of a thing, He forbids its price. فجمولها ثم باعوها وأكلوا أثمانها وإن الله إذا حرّم أكل الشيء حرّم ثمنه
. The point of interest is the word "melted them". Allah forbade the Jews, as He the Exalted said:
For wrongdoing on the part of the Jews, We made unlawful for them [certain] good foods which had been lawful to them, and for their averting from the way of Allah many [people],
[Al-Nisa: 160]. These were good things that were lawful and permissible for them, so Allah the Exalted forbade them to them because of their wrongdoing. From this prohibition of some of the good things, specifically the fats, they would slaughter a fine, fat animal, and they would only eat the red meat...
Allah forbade... so they made the sale of it and eating its price lawful. What is the difference between this fat when it is cut from its source and when it is placed in pots and melted in the fire? The reality is the same, except that the form, what? It changed. Does Islam have such formalities? Islam fights against them. The answer is in this very hadith; the Messenger of Allah says:
Allah has cursed the Jews لعن الله اليهود
Why? For reasons that are naturally known, some of which are in the Qur'an, such as the cunning to hunt on the Sabbath, which is forbidden. But this reason is not known by many. May Allah curse the Jews; the fats were forbidden to them, so they circumvented the prohibition by making them lawful by simply melting them, while the fat remains chemically fat with all its what? Properties. So Satan played with the Jews and made it attractive to them that since the form changed, the ruling changes. This is not of Islam at all, absolutely not.
