I am a car driver and an accident occurred, and Allah willed it, and two people died in it along with their families, and they did not take anything, so what is the expiation for that, and is there anything upon me?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The questioner, Hasan Ahmad al-Sudani, says: I inform you that I am a car driver and an accident occurred, and Allah (Mighty and Majestic) willed it, and two people died in it along with their families, and they did not take anything, so what is the expiation for that, and is there anything upon me?

The Shaykh : He must describe the accident. If he does not describe the accident, we do not know; it may be that he was negligent, in which case the expiation is obligatory for him for the two killed, meaning two expiations are obligatory for him. Or it may be that he was not negligent, in which case nothing is obligatory for him.

The questioner : May Allah reward you.
