Is there recitation by some reciters on some tapes where the second reciter completes what the first began without seeking refuge?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is there recitation by some reciters on some tapes where the second reciter completes what the first began without seeking refuge?

The Shaykh : Yes. Seeking refuge is done at the beginning of the recitation.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : If the first reciter seeks refuge, that suffices for the other listeners, but I think it is better for each of them to seek refuge at the beginning of his own recitation. So the first seeks refuge, and when he finishes, the second seeks refuge, and when he finishes, the third seeks refuge. If it returns to the first, he recites without seeking refuge. This is what I see in this matter: that each of them should seek refuge at the start of his first recitation.
