What is the alternative to banks today?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The second question... Since even Islamic banks are, in reality, not truly Islamic, some people come and ask, "So what is the alternative?" on the grounds of...

The Shaykh : This is the slogan of the present age. Whenever a matter becomes difficult for some people, they say, "My brother, give us the alternative." Well, I want to look for the alternative for you, or are you... or... the Islamic society in which the alternative exists, what is the alternative? The alternative is in the Noble Qur'an, my brothers. Allah the Exalted said:
He will make for him a way out (3) And will provide for him from where he does not expect.
[At-Talaq 65:2-3]
- There is no god but Allah - The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said, and I hope you pay attention to this hadith and what we will build upon it, if Allah wills, of a sound structure:
The nations will gather against you as the eaters gather around their food. They said: O Messenger of Allah, is it because we will be few at that time? He said: No, you will be many at that time, but you will be like foam on the surface of a flood. And Allah will remove fear from the hearts of your enemies and cast weakness into your hearts. They said: What is weakness, O Messenger of Allah? He said: Love of this world and hatred of death.
Love of this world and hatred of death is the cause of the collapse of nations, as is observed now. All the disbelieving nations are collapsing, yielding, and responding in the path of controlling the Islamic world, with ideological, intellectual, and creedal control, and purely material control. Why? The answer came in another hadith:
When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.
Sunan Abi Dawud 3462Sahih (Al-Albani)
So the alternative, the answer here is in the hadith:
until you return to your original religionحتى ترجعوا إلى دينكم
Sunan Abi Dawud 3462Sahih (Al-Albani)
So the alternative, as the Lord of the Worlds said:
Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves
[Ar-Ra'd 13:11]
So the alternative is that we return to our religion, that we return to the rulings of our Lord, as we began the answer with the previous verse:
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out (3) And will provide for him from where he does not expect.
[At-Talaq 65:2-3]
We today, we today, O Muslims, because we are far from the purification and education that we mentioned before the 'Isha' prayer, we want to achieve our personal material goals in a way, whether it is lawful or unlawful. So our goal is to fulfill our desires, and our goal is not to obey our Lord and follow our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). So
Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves
[Ar-Ra'd 13:11]
, We mention a historical fact that is beyond dispute. The early Arabs, when the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) was sent to them, their material situation was worse than ours. They were poor, and those around them were the wealthy Romans and Persians. And yet, Allah the Mighty and Majestic supported His Prophet and those who believed with him, and few believed with him. With this small number, they lived in extreme poverty. And whoever reads the biography of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) finds the amazing thing that he would spend the night hungry, not finding what to satisfy his hunger. And yet, he was the master of mankind, and the majority of the Companions were poor. And yet, Allah supported them against the Persians and the Romans. Did they win by material means? No. We now want the exact opposite. We have turned away from true faith and we want to compete for this world, and we are lenient when the Shari'ah ruling comes: this is forbidden, what is the alternative? The alternative, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
O people, indeed the Holy Spirit has breathed into my heart that no soul will die until it completes its sustenance and its term. So be beautiful in your seeking, for what is with Allah is not attained through the haram.
We do not think now of such a hadith:
No soul will die until it completes its sustenance and its term. So be beautiful in your seeking.
That is, pursue the beautiful, lawful path in seeking sustenance.
For what is with Allah is not attained through the haram.
So taqwa (mindfulness of Allah) is the foundation of happiness in this world before the Hereafter. So beware that you speak except from the door of "the transmitter of disbelief is not a disbeliever." Do not say, "What is the alternative?" Beware that you say this word, because this contradicts the entire Shari'ah of Islam from its root. But if he is transmitting from another to know the answer, then there is no harm in that, on the basis that the transmitter of disbelief is not a disbeliever.
