Is there a supplication that a Muslim recites when eating the pre-dawn meal, and what is it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is there a supplication that a Muslim recites when eating the pre-dawn meal, and what is it?

The Shaykh : The pre-dawn meal, or rather eating the pre-dawn meal, is like eating anything else. It is befitting for a person, indeed it is obligatory for a person, to say the name of Allah when eating, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded saying the name of Allah when eating and informed that whoever does not say the name of Allah, Satan will share in his eating. However, since the pre-dawn meal is commanded, it is befitting for a person to realize when eating the pre-dawn meal that he is eating it in obedience to the command of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and following his example (peace and blessings be upon him), and seeking help through it for fasting. And when he finishes, he praises Allah, for Allah the Exalted is pleased with the servant who eats a meal and praises Him for it, and drinks a drink and praises Him for it. There is no specific dhikr for the pre-dawn meal. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward you.
