A word on (seeing Allah) and (ahad hadiths).

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : That they will see their Lord on the Day of Resurrection, as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said on a moonlit night when the moon was full, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to them:
You will see your Lord on the Day of Resurrection as you see the moon on a full moonlit night; you will not crowd each other in seeing Him. إنكم سترون ربكم يوم القيامة كما ترون القمر ليلة البدر لا ترامون - أي لا تضامّون - في رؤيته
meaning, you have no doubt about seeing Him. So, did any of those Mu'tazilah who believed, or who followed their religion and held their view in this matter, believe that the believers will see their Lord on the Day of Resurrection, as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said in this authentic hadith and in others? The answer is no. The answer is that they deny this blessing, and they even declare misguided those who believe in it, and they attribute to them likening Allah to creation and ascribing a body to Allah. We, the people of the Sunnah, believe that among the blessings of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) upon His servants, indeed among His greatest blessings, is that He will manifest Himself to them on the Day of Resurrection and they will see Him as they see the moon on a full moonlit night. They deny this. How can they deny it when this hadith is authentic, and there are other hadiths? There is a philosophy among them; you must have heard this philosophy from some of the preachers and contemporary writers. Therefore, I am addressing some details related to the creed, related negatively or positively, as I will detail, to this creed to which we call, based on the Book and the Sunnah and upon the methodology of the righteous Salaf.
