Clarification of the issue of repeating 'Umrah in a single journey.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Incidentally, some people nowadays arrive in Makkah performing 'Umrah for themselves, and after two or three days they go out to Tan'im to perform 'Umrah for their mothers, for example. Then, after two or three more days, they go out to Tan'im to perform 'Umrah for their fathers. Thus, they perform several 'Umrahs in one month within a single journey. There is no doubt that they do not intend by this anything but good and benefit for the deceased. However, we must know that the Shari'ah is restricted to what the Shari'ah has approved. Did the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) perform 'Umrah from Tan'im, meaning did he go out from Makkah to Tan'im to perform 'Umrah? The answer is no; he did not do it even once, nor did he order his Companions to do so. He did not say, "Go out to Tan'im to bring back an 'Umrah." In fact, the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) conquered Makkah in Ramadan and remained in Makkah for nineteen days without going out to Tan'im to perform an 'Umrah, even though he conquered it in Ramadan, either on the eighteenth or the twentieth of the month. He did not fast for the rest of the month, nor did he perform an 'Umrah. Some people nowadays, you find, arrive in Makkah in Ramadan and make it difficult for themselves, finding fasting hard, yet they do not break their fast. They consider fasting in Makkah in Ramadan to be one of the greatest things, even though the practice (hady) of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was the most perfect practice, and he was breaking his fast when he conquered Makkah in Ramadan. Does the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) do what is less excellent than what others do? No, by Allah, he does not. Therefore, I do not tell people to break their fast; they may fast, and there is no blame on them. Fasting while traveling is permissible according to the stronger opinion. However, I say that if a person experiences hardship, he should not make it difficult for himself despite the dispensation (rukhsah) of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). So we say: the action of some people today, where they arrive in Makkah and perform 'Umrah for themselves, and then perform an 'Umrah for each of their relatives, is contrary to what is prescribed (mashru'). It is not prescribed, without a doubt. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not do it, nor did his Companions, neither during his time nor after his time, as far as we know. However, some people may raise an objection to this statement. What is it?
