When is tayammum invalidated?

The Shaykh : The first point of benefit is that tayammum is invalidated when what is found? Water. And among the expressions of the common people is: "When water is found, tayammum is invalidated." This is correct. So this man was ordered by the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to perform ghusl after he had performed tayammum for janabah. So tayammum, when water is found, tayammum is invalidated. Now, if a person performed wudu for the Zuhr prayer, for example, due to the absence of water, and then water became available before he prayed, does he pray with tayammum? No. Why? Because it was invalidated by the presence of water; it was invalidated by the presence of water.
