Explaining the meaning of the saying of the Exalted: "To you"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And His saying, the Exalted:
We revealed it to you أنزلناه إليك
means to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Here is a question: Allah the Exalted sometimes says:
We have not revealed to you the Book نزلنا عليك الكتاب
[An-Nahl 16:64]
and sometimes says
We revealed أنزلنا
. Is there a difference between them? We say: Yes, there is a difference. "Nazzala" with the shaddah indicates that it was revealed bit by bit, while "Anzala" indicates that it was revealed in a lump, considering the end. For when the Noble Qur'an is completed, it is said that it was "Anzala" (revealed) because its entirety was revealed. But as long as it is being revealed bit by bit, it is said that it is "Nazzala" (being revealed). Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, said:
And those who disbelieve say, "Why was the Qur'an not revealed to him all at once?" وقال الذين كفروا لولا نزِّل عليه القرآن جملة واحدة
[Al-Furqan 25:32]
Allah the Exalted said in response to them:
Thus [it is] that We may strengthen thereby your heart. And We have spaced it distinctly. كذلك لنثبت به فؤادك ورتلناه ترتيلاً
[Al-Furqan 25:32]
