What is the difference between (( anzala )) and (( nazzala )) in the Qur'an?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He says: What is the difference between anzala and nazzala, and when Allah the Exalted informed in the Qur'an:
He has sent down upon you, [O Muhammad], the Book نزل عليك الكتاب
[Ali 'Imran 3:3]
, and in the Torah:
He revealed the Torah and the Gospel أنزل التوراة والإنجيل
, and He said:
Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an إنا نحن نزلنا الذكر
[Al-Hijr 15:9]
and He said:
Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an إنا أنزلناه قرآنًا عربيًّا
[Yusuf 12:2]
?
The original meaning is that anzala and nazzala are close in meaning, but the scholars said: anzala means once -leave the miswak, my brother, during prayer- and nazzala is for what is revealed bit by bit, is that clear?
And since the Qur'an was revealed bit by bit, Allah the Exalted said:
And We revealed it in a measured manner ونزلناه تنزيلًا
, and the previous books were revealed at once, and for this reason they are referred to as:
revealed أنزل
.
