And Allah is the Provider of this consideration, not in an absolute sense without explanation (Explanation of the effect of the name of Allah, al-Razzaq, on the believer)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He said: "And Allah is the Provider of this consideration, not in an absolute sense without explanation"
That is, He provides for him in the sense that He gave him sustenance by which his body is nourished, not in the sense that this sustenance is free of accountability. So, if we know that al-Razzaq (The Provider) is among the names of Allah, we do not want to have only theoretical knowledge and say that Allah provides and that His provision is of various types. Rather, we want that, knowing that al-Razzaq is among His names, we seek provision only from Him and turn to Him constantly in seeking material and spiritual provision. O Allah, provide me with beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds, and good, abundant provision. So we say, the benefit is that we should derive from all the names of Allah a path to reach Allah (Mighty and Majestic).
It is not intended that we understand that its meaning is such and such, and its meaning is such and such, and it is divided into such and such. No, that is merely theoretical knowledge. But we want educational knowledge that affects the person. So, what is the benefit? That we do not seek provision except from Allah, and that we do not rely in our provision except on Allah. Yes, many people now ask Allah to grant us and them true reliance (tawakkul). They ask, "Have you opened the finance office?" when the beginning or end of the month comes. Yes, their reliance becomes total reliance on this salary. And there is no doubt that a person has the right to seek his right; we do not say, "Do not seek it." But for you to rely on this totally and forget the Causer, who is Allah (Mighty and Majestic)—if Allah had not facilitated this provision for you, it would not have happened to you—so rely on Allah first, and this provision becomes a means. Yes.
