Do not let the strangeness among people *** make you feel alienated, for people are like the dead in the reckoning
Or did you not know that the people of the Sunnah *** are truly strangers in every age
Tell me, when did the Messenger and his Companions *** and those who followed them in excellence
[find safety] from the ignorant and the stubborn, and the hypocrite, *** and the one who fights with rebellion and tyranny
And you think that you are their heir, yet you *** have not tasted hardship in supporting the Most Merciful
No, nor have you striven in His cause as He *** commanded, not with hand nor with tongue
You are, by Allah, the impossible self”
