(Explanation of the stratagem of the people of innovation, the incitement of discord between the sects, and the grammatical case of two differing sects) And you plotted with a plot, if it had been up to you *** the ties of faith would have been severed among us

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
"And you plotted with a plot, if it had been up to you *** the ties of faith would have been severed among us"
What are they? He said:
"You extinguished the light of the Book and the Sunnah of the *** Guide with this distortion and babbling
But you kindled the fire of war between *** two differing sects"

Yes, they plotted with a plot, extinguishing the light of the Book and the Sunnah and kindling the fire of war between the sects, between two differing sects. This is unusual from the author, but may Allah have mercy on him, sometimes he speaks in one dialect and sometimes in another. Here, for example, with "between two sects," he declined the dual using the well-known grammatical rule that it is declined with a yā', and then he said "differing" as a descriptor for the two sects, but with an alif, based on the dialect of those who always use the alif for the dual. Some Arabs always use the alif for the dual. From this is the saying of the poet:
"Oh, if only her eyes were ours, and her mouth"
If he had followed the well-known rule, he would have said "her eyes." Good.
