Discussion of visiting al-Masjid al-Nabawi, explaining its virtue, and which is better: al-Masjid al-Haram or al-Masjid al-Nabawi, and which is better: Makkah or al-Madinah, and mentioning the stronger position

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :" And likewise, we set out our camels for al-Masjid al-Nabawi, the best of the mosques of the lands
after Makkah "

We set out our camels to the mosque of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted it, so he said, rather, he encouraged it, and he said:
Do not set out on a journey except to three mosques: al-Masjid al-Haram, my mosque, and al-Masjid al-Aqsa لا تشد الرحال إلا لثلاثة مساجد : المسجد الحرام ومسجدي هذا والمسجد الأقصى
He says:
" the best of the mosques of the lands
after Makkah, or absolutely; there has been disagreement among the people regarding this for a long time "

This means: is it better than Makkah, or is Makkah better? There is no doubt that Makkah is better. As for prayer in the House, it is by the explicit text from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), where he said:
A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers in any other mosque, except the Mosque of the Ka'bah. صلاة في مسجدي هذا أفضل من ألف صلاة فيما سواه إلا مسجد الكعبة
Musannaf Abd al-Razzaq 12:1026
This is in *Sahih Muslim*, and also in *the two Sahihs* from the hadith of Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Salat is this Masjid of mine is better than a thousand Salat in another, except for Masjid Al-Haram. صلاة في مسجدي هذا خير من ألف صلاة فيما عداه إلا المسجد الحرام
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 325Sahih (Darussalam)
But is Makkah better or al-Madinah? This is the point of disagreement. And the correct view, without doubt, is that Makkah is better, better than al-Madinah. Yes.
