(The Meaning of Forbearance and the Explanation of Iblis's Enmity Toward Adam and His Descendants) This, and we are their sons, and our forbearance *** is a small part next to their forbearance at the scale, and the enemy is one ***

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"This, and we are their sons, and our forbearance *** is a small part next to their forbearance at the scale
a small part"

It means we are their children, and our forbearance means our minds; compared to the minds of the parents, what is it? A small part.
"And the enemy is one *** for them and for us", and the enemy, what is it?
"And the enemy is one *** for them and for us, without calculation"
Yes, look, the author (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the forbearance of Adam and Eve is stronger than ours, and the enemy is one. Our forbearance is weak, and our enemies are many. Yes.
"A small part, and the enemy is one *** for them and for us, without calculation
And weakness has taken hold of us from all *** our directions, especially from faith"

Weakness has taken hold of us from every direction, especially the weakness of faith. Iblis has threatened us from every direction. Allah the Exalted said, Allah the Exalted said:
[Satan] said, "Because You have put me in error, I will surely sit in wait for them on Your straight path. قال فبما أغويتني لأقعدن لهم صراطك المستقيم
[Al-A'raf 7:16]
Sit on the Sirat. If we want to enter, He diverts us, and if we enter, He tries to take us out. That is why He did not say, "I will surely sit for them on your Sirat," but He said, "Your Sirat," to include sitting at the gate of the Sirat and sitting inside the Sirat.
Then I will come to them from before them and from behind them and on their right and on their left ثم لآتينهم من بين أيديهم ومن خلفهم وعن أيمانهم وعن شمائلهم
[Al-A'raf 7:17]
But He will not come to us from above, because above is the Lord of the worlds (Mighty and Majestic). He comes from these four directions. So if this is Iblis, He comes to us from all directions.
