The Shaykh : Allah the Exalted said: [Az-Zumar 39:75] To whom is the address directed? We mentioned this morning that the address directed to the Messenger is divided into three categories. Which category is this? It is the category in which there is no indication that it is specific to him, nor that it is general. We mentioned the disagreement on this, and that the disagreement in this matter is almost verbal. [Az-Zumar 39:75] By this is meant the Throne of the Most Merciful (Exalted and Majestic is He), in humility to Allah Mighty and Majestic and exalting Him. [Az-Zumar 39:75] This means they purify Allah of everything that does not befit Him. It has come before us that purification (tanzih) occurs in three matters. [Az-Zumar 39:69] That is, judgment has been passed among the creatures and everything has ended. The people of the Fire are in the Fire, may Allah protect us, eternally and permanently, and the people of Paradise are in Paradise, eternally and permanently. O Allah, we ask You in this blessed time, while we are awaiting an obligation from Your obligations, to make us among those who will remain eternally in the Gardens of Pleasure.
[Az-Zumar 39:75] Who is the one who says it? Generally, everyone says: "All praise is for Allah, Lord of the worlds." The people of Paradise, the angels, and everyone: [Az-Zumar 39:75] And look at how praise came at the beginning of creation and at the end of creation. So at the beginning of creation, Allah the Exalted said: [Al-An'am 6:1] And at the end, when the people of Paradise enter Paradise and the people of the Fire enter the Fire, He said: [Az-Zumar 39:75] And by Allah, praise is for Allah first and last, and He is the possessor of praise and glory, and we cannot enumerate praise for Him (Glorified and Exalted is He); He is as He has praised Himself. And here ends what Allah the Exalted has facilitated of speech on these noble verses, and we now begin with the questions.
