Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: "Upon your heart, so that you may be among the warners. In a clear Arabic language."

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
(193) The Trustworthy Spirit has brought it down (194) Upon your heart, [O Muhammad] - that you may be of the warners - نزل به الروح الأمين على قلبك
[Ash-Shu'ara 26:193-194]
Upon your heart. The reason the heart is mentioned here, whereas in most verses it is "upon you," but here it says "upon your heart." Why, my brother? You, the one with the turban. Please stand up. Why was the heart specified over other organs, or over the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him)?
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : What?
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : No, my brother, the place of seeing Allah is the eye. We, if Allah wills, and you, will look at Allah with our eyes on the Day of Resurrection in the Gardens of Pleasure. The heart is mentioned because the heart is the place of consciousness, the place of consciousness and retention. Therefore, He said:
Upon your heart على قلبك
so that it becomes clear that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) did not err in it. And so, when he used to hasten in recitation when Jibril revealed it to him, he would hasten and recite it, Allah the Exalted said:
(16) Move not your tongue with it, [O Muhammad], to hasten with recitation of the Qur'an. (17) Indeed, upon Us is its collection [in your heart] and [to make possible] its recitation. لا تحرك به لسانك لتعجل به إن علينا جمعه وقرآنه
[Al-Qiyamah 75:16-17]
See, Allah has taken charge of that
(18) So when We have recited it [through Gabriel], then follow its recitation. (19) Then upon Us is its clarification [to you]. فإذا قرأناه فاتبع قرآناه ثم إن علينا بيانه
[Al-Qiyamah 75:18-19]
with great care for this noble Qur'an. In what language was it revealed? Answer.
In a clear Arabic language بلسان عربي
Eloquent or not eloquent?
Clear مبين
Whatever displays the meaning as intended is the most eloquent speech absolutely, and it is the most truthful speech absolutely, and it is from the most knowledgeable of all who have spoken. From whom? From Allah. So the speech of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) is precise and great, and Allah, no one tastes it or savors it except one who reflects upon it. When a person reflects upon the speech of Allah, he knows what is in it of meanings, rulings, and secrets, not in the wording, not in the meaning, not in the explicit thing in the explicit wording, nor in the non-explicit wording; he finds in it the great meanings.
