Is it permissible to transfuse a Muslim with the blood of a disbeliever if he eats pork and drinks intoxicants?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Are you the one who asks the questions?
The student: If Allah wills.

The Shaykh : Pay attention, how many are the three conditions?
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : ... Brother, that is enough, let's go.

The questioner : Praise be to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah. After that, O honorable Shaykh, you said in your lecture delivered at King Fahd Hospital that it is permissible to transfuse a Muslim with the blood of a disbeliever. Is it permissible to transfuse him if the disbeliever eats pork and drinks intoxicants? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.

The Shaykh : Yes, yes, this is permissible because the disbeliever does not always eat pork, nor is it the majority of his food, and likewise, intoxicants are not the majority of his drink. The majority of what the disbeliever eats consists of pure things. If it were the case that he eats nothing but impure things, then this would be of the kind of *jalalah*, which is an animal whose feed is mostly impure, and its blood would be impure, except according to the opinion of those who hold that transformation purifies the impure, such as Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) and a group of scholars, in which case it would be pure, even if this disbeliever subsists on impure things. Yes.
